This mixed-use project for the Long Beach City College PCH Campus combines 25,000 SF of Behavioral Health Services with 52,000 SF of student housing. The first two floors are dedicated to BHS, with residential spaces above. The design emphasizes accessibility, privacy, and intuitive circulation through strategically placed vertical circulation and flexible dual-use spaces that support the schools need for both wellness and student living
