Who is Sophia Reinis?
I am an interior and architectural designer based in California, with a degree in science from San Francisco State University. Born and raised in Long Beach, I developed an early appreciation for community-centered spaces, creativity, and the connection between people and their environments. My work focuses on designing thoughtful, artistic interiors that balance functionality with emotion, drawing inspiration from sustainable materials, inclusive design, and the natural world. My experience spans residential and commercial projects, including community spaces, student housing, wellness-focused environments, and civic design.
When I’m not designing, I’m usually finding inspiration in everyday moments — road trips along the coast, museums, music, food, conversations with friends, and time spent outdoors. These experiences shape the way I see and process the world, influencing how I create spaces that feel alive, welcoming, and deeply connected to the people who use them. Inclusivity, atmosphere, and human connection are at the center of everything I design.
